REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing SELEN. As a small family business, your support means everything to us.
We take pride in offering versatile dresses at affordable prices and hope they bring joy to your celebrations. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding our return policy, as returns can significantly affect our budget.

If your order has a manufacturing defect or any other issue, please contact us immediately. We are here to assist you.

15-DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 15-day return and exchange policy, with a full refund as store credit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item in its original, unused condition as long as you contact us within 15 days of delivery. Please reach out to us before proceeding with any return or exchange.

Store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card, valid for 1 year from the issuance date.
Refunds to the original form of payment will only be made if there is an inventory issue and we are unable to fulfill your order. No exceptions will be made.

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with our warehouse address to complete the return process.

Return and exchange conditions:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.
• Returns or exchanges must be shipped using a tracked shipping method.
• Promotional gifts received with the purchase must be included in the return. Otherwise, the value of the gift will be deducted from the store credit.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
• If your order benefited from free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges are subject to the following conditions, where the customer must cover shipping costs:

1. The customer ordered the wrong size.
2. The item does not meet expectations in person.

FINAL SALE AND OUTLET

Products marked as “sale”, purchased during promotions (such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday), items with a 20% discount or more, personalized items, socks, jewelry, seasonal items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please ensure that only returnable items are sent back. If a non-returnable item is returned, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for its return.

Returning a gift

To return a gift, please email us at [email protected], and we will gladly assist you. Gifts purchased on sale are not eligible for return. If more than 15 days have passed since the gift was delivered to the original buyer, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, following our general policies.

Damaged items

If you have received a damaged product, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.

How to return:

1. Email [email protected] with the reason for your return or exchange.
2. You will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item. Please pack it securely using the original packaging.
3. You will receive an email once we have received and processed your return. Store credit will be issued within 5 business days.

Store credits

• Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
• They are non-transferable and will be issued to the original buyer.

Return policy abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the customer is abusing the policy. Returns that do not comply with our conditions will not be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs. Items that are not claimed or whose shipping is unpaid will be donated to charity after a 2-month period, with no exceptions.
