Order Processing Times:
We do our best to process orders promptly and ship in-stock items as soon as possible. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please allow an average of 1 to 2 business days for order processing. Processing times may vary during peak seasons such as semi-annual sales, summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and our sales periods.

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. EST will be processed as if received the next business day. All orders will be delivered the following business day. No exceptions.

Discount Codes:
Discount codes must be entered during the checkout process. We cannot apply them retroactively. No exceptions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your order status.

Holiday Shipping:

Shipping times will be affected during holidays as manufacturers and couriers limit their operations on those days. This is beyond our control.

Expedited Shipping:
We understand that sometimes you need your order rushed. If you require expedited shipping faster than our regular processing times, please contact us at

Note: This applies to all packages, including next-day or 2-day shipping. If you do not contact us, we will assume the standard processing times for regular orders.

Shipping Costs:

Domestic (U.S. and Puerto Rico):
During checkout, our store will automatically calculate and display shipping rates and estimated arrival times based on your location. We use USPS, DHL, UPS, and FedEx, offering various shipping methods, from economical to expedited shipping.

For orders over $45 USD, we offer free shipping via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking. Please note that these packages do not include insurance and, once shipped and scanned, they are subject to the same rules as other packages.

Shipping Claims and Liability:

To keep shipping costs low for our customers, we offer USPS Ground Advantage in the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico. Please note that this shipping option does not include insurance. If you wish to have your package insured, please select an option that includes insurance, such as USPS Priority or UPS.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
Once the carrier has scanned the item, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. This applies to all packages, including those shipped for free. If you have any issues, please contact your local carrier.

Damaged Packages:
If you suspect your package was damaged during shipping or received a damaged item, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the issue! Resolutions are at the discretion of Selen Kids Wear and may include the option to repurchase items at a discounted price as a courtesy.

Local Delivery:

We offer a GOLDEN local delivery option via Uber. Here are the details:

•Next business day delivery: Orders placed with this option will be delivered the next business day.
•Phone number required: Please make sure to include your phone number so the Uber driver can contact you.
•Delivery instructions: You must meet the driver at your front door or provide instructions to leave the package in the lobby. No exceptions.
•Lost or stolen packages: Once the package is handed over to the Uber driver, Selen Kids Wear is no longer responsible for lost or stolen items.
•Undelivered packages: If the package cannot be delivered, you will be charged both the shipping costs (to/from) and an additional delivery fee.

•Up to 3 miles from our office: $10
•Up to 5 miles: $15
•Up to 7 miles: $20
